Garmin Giveaway Rules

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Bass Pro Outdoor World, LLC (“Sponsor”), National Walleye Tour (“NWT”), Garmin, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The NWT Garmin Force® Kraken Giveaway (“Promotion”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on May 25, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on September 1, 2026.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, visit the official NWT giveaway webpage and complete the online entry form, including opting in to receive NWT marketing emails and updates.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to gain additional entries through multiple email addresses, identities, or automated means may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

PRIZE

One (1) Garmin Force® Kraken Trolling Motor. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,999.99 USD.

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash redemption will be permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

RANDOM DRAWING / ODDS

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry. If the selected winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release, and W-9 Form where permitted by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion should fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, hometown, and statements for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Garmin, NWT, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy and may be used for marketing communications from NWT, Bass Pro Shops, Garmin, and affiliated partners. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
